Within TÜV SÜD, he has worked as the Senior BIM Consultant and as the Head of the Global BIM Center of Competence before his current position. Mr. Tobias Schmidt’s BIM skills are hands on, pragmatic and practice driven, combining project expertise for implementing and optimizing Building Information Modeling both on the side of owners & operators (Real Estate Investors, Industries) as well as on side of General Design and Construction enterprises.
