TÜV SÜD was ranked first in the “Service Provider Brand Value” category on the 2014 China PV Brand Ranking. The 2014 China PV Brand Ranking is an annual award co-launched by Photovoltaic Brand Laboratory (PVBL) and www.NE21.com where the results are determined via an industry-wide survey.
This is the only ranking in the Chinese PV industry that is catered for the PV industry according to the national standards GB/T 31041-2014 (Brand value: Quality evaluation requirements), GB/T 31042-2014 (Brand value: Service evaluation requirements), and GB/T 31043-2014 (Brand value: Technological innovation evaluation requirements). Being ranked number one TIC service provider on the 2014 China PV Brand Ranking is recognition of TÜV SÜD’s understanding for local market needs.

TÜV SÜD is the first third-party technical service organisation to provide technical services for power plants in the power and energy industry.
