Enabling people development
People development through training is strongly encouraged through various funding schemes by the government.
Organisations committed to improving efficiency and cultivating a globally competitive workforce as well as individuals keen to upgrade and strengthen capabilities can take advantage of these funding options to offset the costs of their people development initiatives.
As a WDA-appointed Continuing Education & Training (CET) Centre for WSQ Employability Skills and WSQ Service Excellence, trainees benefit from heavily funded training programmes. Additionally, our involvement with agencies like the Employment and Employability Institute (e2i), participation in funding schemes such as the Skills Development Fund (SDF), Absentee Payroll Support (AP), Workfare Training Support (WTS), Risk Management Assistance Fund (for Workplace Safety and Health) provide added support to our clients in achieving industry-specific staff development goals.
