Absentee Payroll Funding (SRP)
Eligibility CriteriaTo be eligible for SRP funding, trainees must:
- Be company-sponsored employees who are either Singaporeans or SPRs and the company must be registered in Singapore.
- Achieve at least 75% attendance and sit for all prescribed assessments/examinations required of the course.
- Continue to receive salary when they go for training.
The employer must submit an application via Skills Connect for funding.

Older low-wage workers who are eligible for the Workfare Training Support (WTS) scheme will enjoy higher funding rates with effect from 1 July 2010. Employers who sponsor older low-wage workers for training under WTS will continue to enjoy enhanced course fee and absentee payroll funding.
