Our latest appointment by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) as a Continuing Education and Training (CET) Centre for Employability Skills (ES) reaffirms our success as a one-stop integrated solution provider for training and consultancy.
Having been a CET Centre for Service Excellence WSQ since 2008 and now a CET Centre for WSQ ES, our capabilities to offer you an enhanced training portfolio is greater than ever. This new comprehensive suite encompasses 53 Employability Skills (ES) Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) course modules across these topics: Information and Communication Technologies (ICT); Personal Management and Development Skills (PMD); Analytical, Conceptual and Evaluative Skills (ACE); Interpersonal Skills (IP) and Job Safety Skills (JS).
Courses are modular in nature and designed to enhance the skills sets of individuals so they can better adapt to job challenges in both soft and hard skills arenas. They are relevant to all industry sectors and are structured for an entire organisation covering operations, supervisory and managerial levels. Trainings can be customised for organisations and/or available as Public Programmes enrolments.
Up to 90% course fee funding from WDA is available for eligible Singaporeans/Singapore Permanent Residents.

FOR PMETs - GET THE LEARNING EDGE!
The Executive Development and Growth for Excellence (EDGE) initiative by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) focusses on meeting the learning needs of Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) by developing their soft skills capabilities. EDGE comprises a suite of generic skills designed to enhance productivity and core capabilities to contribute to organisational growth and is suitable for all PMETs across sectors and job functions.
Eligible Singaporeans/Singapore Permanent Residents enjoy 70% funding* on EDGE programmes.
FOR RANK AND FILE - THE WORKPLACE SKILLS (WPS) SERIES
The Workplace Skills (WPS) Series is part of the WSQ Employability Skills (ES) framework and programmes are offered at two occupational levels – Operational and Supervisory. The WPS training modules may be taken individually to address specific gaps in current skills, or as a complete programme cumulating to a Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) from WDA.
Eligible Singaporeans/Singapore Permanent Residents enjoy 90% funding* on WPS Series programmes.
