Ready-mixed concrete (RMC) is used in a wide variety of construction applications including buildings and infrastructure. With a vital role to play in terms of strength and durability, it is critical to ensure that ready-mixed concrete meets the required standards.
The Ready-Mixed Concrete Certification (RMCC) scheme is introduced to support BCA’s initiative in ensuring the production of quality concrete for structural application. BCA has indicated that RMC producers need to be certified for its on-site batching plants as well as plants supplying concrete for precast structural elements.
TÜV SÜD PSB is accredited by the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) for the RMC certification scheme, providing assurance of TÜV SÜD PSB’s competence in providing product conformity and quality management system certification in accordance with SAC’s requirements
